Florida law clearly provides for the parties to each hire their own attorney to represent them in these matters.
Florida has very favorable statutes that recognize contracts for gestational carriers, intended parents, egg donors, sperm donors and traditional surrogates. All parties participating in these contracts must be at least 18 years of age.
