Campbell - Requires adoption entity to diligently search for person whose consent is required for adoption; provides that judgment of adoption is voidable under certain circumstances if court finds that person whose consent is required gave false information; provides grandparent’s right to notice; provides that court in this state retains jurisdiction until adoption is finalized in this state or in another state, etc. Amends Chs. 63, 409, 742.
