We are very proud to announce that Susan Stockham was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to serve on the inaugural committee for Board Certification in Adoption Law. Her appointment is in recognition of her distinguished involvement in the field of adoption law in Florida. As a member of this inaugural committee, Ms. Stockham, along with her colleagues, will set the standards for what is required of an adoption attorney to be Board Certified. Adoption law board certification will provide a necessary and important protection for consumers by distinguishing attorneys who have special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in adoption law along with superior professionalism and ethics in their practices.
